B.I.G. MRS-2 Copy Stand Complete Set with Quick-Release and Lighting System

The MRS-2 copy stand from B.I.G. is a compact and stable stand for capturing macro and reproduction shots. Thanks to its simple assembly, it’s also ideal for mobile use. A quick-release plate is included for fast and easy camera mounting. The sturdy holding system with safety lock prevents the camera from accidentally loosening.

For optimal workflow and precise results, the camera position – and thus the distance to the object – can be finely adjusted using the gear rack. The base plate has four rubberized feet to prevent slipping on smooth surfaces.

To achieve perfect illumination of the subject, the package includes two fully adjustable mounting arms and two compact LED panel lights. These provide powerful and even lighting of the base plate and, with a CRI rating of 95, ensure color reproduction that matches the original. The LED lights are also energy-efficient and low-heat, protecting delicate originals from heat damage caused by conventional bulbs.
